JOHANNESBURG – The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in South Africa has climbed to 709.

The number is a rise of 155 cases from Tuesday’s tally of 554.

South Africa will go into lockdown for 21 days from Thursday evening in a bid to curb the increase in coronavirus cases>Chaosafrica
