THREE men that were seated in a VW Golf 7 were shot several times by unknown men.
It’s alleged that the shooting incident was taxi-related
Police spokesperson Colonel Thembeka Mbele said the men were seated in a white VW Golf 7 when they were approached by armed men who fired several shots at them while parked at a traffic intersection on the R102, near Duffs Road.
According to IOL, three firearms were recovered in the Golf, while the roadway was closed to traffic while teams investigated further.
A graphic video of the three men in the white Golf 7 shortly surfaced on social media, showing the driver that had died, and the front passenger who was shot in the neck and head.
