A Zimbabwean woman working for a non-governmental United Nations agency in Kenya narrowly escaped public sexual assault by a gang of Boda Boda motocycle taxi riders after hitting a pedestrian with her car on the eve of President Mnangagwa’s visit to that country.

The unfortunate incident that has since sparked outrage in that country is alleged to have happened a night before the Zimbabwean president visited that country for a 3 day Kenya- Zimbabwe Joint Permanent Commission for Cooperation (JPCC).

It is alleged that the unnamed woman (name withheld to protect the victim) accidentally hit a pedestrian in the capital, Nairobi along the famously notorious Forest Road on Tuesday afternoon.

Before attending to the injured pedestrian, she was ambushed by a gang of motorcycle taxi riders who violently attacked, stripped and groped the 32 year old woman.

A gory video that reached iHarare desk shows a group of men violently pulling the helplessly screaming woman out of the car before stripping her naked and groping her with their hands.

Fortunately, the incident caught the attention of police officers who quickly dispersed the crowd and saved the traumatized woman.
