Yesterday the country celebrated 42 years of independence and freedom from colonial rule. Thousands attended the celebrations at Barbourfiels stadiumin Bulawayo. It is the first that Bulawayo has hosted these celebrations and people were excited to see firsthand several displays from the country’s military.
