Social media users are strongly calling for Kelly Khumalo’s shows to be postponed. This is coming after a new murder case against her keeps emerging.
A new document was presented in Wednesday’s court session of the trial of the men accused of killing her then-boyfriend, Senzo Meyiwa.
Advocate Zandile Mshololo, who is representing accused number 5 of the five men accused of murdering Senzo Meyiwa, said Longwe Twala, Kelly Khumalo, Gladness Khumalo, Zandile Khumalo, Tumelo Madlala, Mthokozisi Twala and Maggie Phiri, who are all named in a new document presented by the Director of Public Prosecutions, should be charged with murder and defeating the ends of justice.
The second docket, Mshololo told the court, included a recommendation by advocate Andrew Chauke, the Gauteng head of the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA), that seven people be prosecuted for Meyiwa’s death on 26 October 2019.
