Meanwhile, this is not the first time South African artists have breached their contracts in Zimbabwe. Earlier this year, South African entertainers DJ Maphorisa, Kabza De Small and Shasha drew the ire of Zimbabwe’s Victoria Falls Carnival organisers after all three failed to attend the event.

ShaSha, Kabza De Small and Dj Maphorisa left their fans disappointed after they pulled a no-show at this year’s edition of the Victoria Falls Carnival.

DJ Maphorisa, Kabza De Small and Sha Sha were supposed to kick off their carnival performances with a one-hour long act but failed to turn up despite being paid in full.

This prompted the organisers of the show to sue them for half a million rand.

The carnival organisers accused the three South Africans of failing to honour their contract despite being paid in full.
