Zimbabwean man arrested on Saturday for drunk driving. He had drinks in the morning around 8am then slept it off but it seems the alcohol was in the system, he left Lesotho at 1pm and got arrested on the free state around 2:30pm and out in the cells for the weekend.
Now here lies the problem he was gang raped in the cells by 4 men on saturday night ,he reported the incident with the cops on Sunday morning and they ignore him and they him that there is nothing they can do. 2 of the perpetrators were moved out the cell and he got raped again by thr other 2 left behind with him. Is there any recourse for him ? He stays in Johannesburg and they are in the free state ,he doesn’t know them at all
