An Epworth man is currently battling for his life after being stabbed four times while trying to stop a fight in a bus.
Tsvaura appeared in court yesterday charged with attempted murder. The court heard that Tsvaura had an altercation with some passengers which resulted in a physical fight.
In an attempt to restrain them, Takayedza went between the two parties, which infuriated Tsvaura. Tsvaura allegedly took out a knife and stabbed Takayedza on the head, neck and left arm.The police recovered the knife and Tsvaura’s blood-stained clothes, which would be produced in court, as exhibits.
He was remanded in custody to April 5 for bail application. Pardon Dziva prosecuted
