Diana Chando is the African Union Youth Ambassador for the Eastern Africa Region and a Lawyer with extensive experience in advocacy policymaking and international affairs development, with certification as a trainee in the UN HeadQuarters in Geneva , Elections Observation and Conflict Management in Accord Organisation in South Africa.
Appointed as Mwalimu Nyerere Young Scholar by the Univesity of Makerere in Uganda under the patronage of Ugandian President Yoweri Museveni.
Diana’s advocacy is grounded in research,the political climate and its effect on security in Africa,Communication and Diplomacy.
Recognised as one of the Most Influential Persons of African Descent under the United Nations (MIPAD), Awarded by the American Chamber Of Commerce Tanzania under the American Embassy as “A WOMAN IN CHARTERED TERRITORY “.
