Highfield Man’s Wife’s Scandalous Affair With Married Uncle Ends in Heartbreak and Death

A Highfield man tragically lost his life after a violent assault by his wife’s relatives on Sunday.

The incident occurred when the man, identified as Norman Nyama, allegedly caught his wife, Grace Maparangu, in a compromising situation with her married uncle.

The confrontation quickly escalated, leading to a physical assault on Norman.

He was rushed to Sally Mugabe Central Hospital where he died yesterday.

Highfield Man’s Wife’s Illicit Affair With Married Uncle Ends in Tragic Fatality
According to Grace, Norman had insulted her mother when he discovered the affair, which angered the entire family. She stated,

“Ndakaita zvandakaita handirambe tikagadziriswa tikagarisana asi haangatukirire amai vangu nezvinyadzi kudaro.”

She added that Norman ended up consuming poison after the assault.

“Everyone was angered.
“He ended up taking poison after he was assaulted by my relatives.
“I know that you have been informed about what took place that day. I have no other comment, write what they told you,” Grace said.

According to a video that surfaced on social media four months ago, Grace was involved in another relationship, which was reported to be her fourth adulterous affair.

The video showed an incident where she was assaulted after being caught naked with another married man.

The domestic violence between Norman and Grace had been an ongoing issue, with frequent reports at the Machipisa Police Station.

The couple had been living together for 12 years but had no children.

Grace has refused to attend Norman’s funeral, citing the absence of lobola payment and fear of retaliation from his relatives.
