A Nyamatikiti primary school teacher in Rushinga who murdered his ex wife yesterday June 08 is now in police custody after handing himself.
Sources on ground however clarified that after the heinous crime, he disappeared only to hand himself to police around 2pm
Muchembere and his now deceased wife Christine Bhaureni were on separation.
They had kids together.
Bhaureni was teaching at Nyamatikiti high while her hubby was at Nyamatikiti primary.
Sources claim Muchembere was always stalking Bhaureni alleging her of dating a Rushinga business man only identified as Mujati.
They claim on the day he killed his wife, he broke into her room through the window.
Inside he chopped her head several times using an axe leaving her brain protruding and disappeared.
