It is alleged that the suspect and the other man were involved in a threesome with the woman, which started with one man penetrating the woman through her vag!na, and the other through her an_s. At some point during intercourse, it is believed the balls of the suspect and the victim started slapping together.
In a statement to investigators, the suspect admitted guilt over the shooting, but blamed it on the testicle-to-testicle contact during the trio’s se_ual encounter. “I warned him I wasn’t into gay stuff,” said the suspect, “But he just ignored me and kept on pounding away. I couldn’t deal with his balls hitting my balls, I just snapped.”
The suspect is said to have pulled out of the woman and reached for his handgun, before shooting the 33-year old dead. The authorities were called by neighbors who reported gunshots.
The suspect admitted that the victim was his best friend, and that he sincerely regrets the incident. “In the heat of the moment I just snapped, I would do anything to go back and not shoot him dead. I just couldn’t handle feeling his balls hit mine.”
