She was recently seen at Kamunhu Shops Choppies with a man. Upon realising they had been spotted, they took off immediately.
This is now a case of eloping (kutizira). However this matter will not be taken lightly as it is illegal engaging in sexu@l activities with a minor (a person below the age of 18 years) hence the man will be arrested.
