CANELANDS : Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) says it received a call for assistance in identifying a ‘dead body ‘ in Canelands – KZN on Monday afternoon.
The male caller reported that a group of people had investigated an odour and discovered a body lying in the bushes alongside the main road to Hazelmere Dam.
Reaction Officers say they responded to the scene and upon arrival was pointed to the body.
Upon closer inspection it was established that the man was alive & heavily intoxicated.
His identity or residence could not be established.
Individuals are advised to drink responsibly.
