SEVERAL people were injured with an unconfirmed number suspected to be dead after a Tenda bus which was headed for Mutare from Harare overturned about 5km before Rusape this Thursday afternoon.
According to one of the passengers, Enoch Zhungu, who sustained minor injuries, the bus overturned and dragged on the tarmac after the driver was stopped by police as he was overtaking a haulage truck. Zhungu says the driver lost control of the bus as he tried to return to his lane.
When ZBC News arrived at the scene some people were still being removed from the bus into ambulances with one person trapped.
