Deadly Romance Exposed: Chitungwiza Woman Connives with Secret Lover from Church to Murder Husband

A Chitungwiza woman conspired with her secret lover from church to murder husband after he found out about her extramarital affair. Emily Chikwature gave her boyfriend, Elvis Zisengwe, her husband’s picture and US$100 to engage a sangoma to help them take out her husband. The husband discovered the plot and reported it to the police, which led to Zisengwe’s arrest. Meanwhile, Chikwature fled with their four minor children, and the case is still under investigation.

Protection Order Granted Against Suicidal Ex-Lover

A Harare man, Nkululeko Sibanda, was granted a protection order against his ex-lover, Munashe Jede, who has suicidal tendencies. Sibanda reported that Jede comes to his workplace to insult him and has sent threatening text messages. Last year, they dated and Jede fell pregnant, reported hmetro. Sibanda paid for her hospital bills, but he told Jede that he could not marry her. In court, Jede did not oppose the protection order but accused Sibanda of lying. Magistrate Sharon Mashavira advised Jede to seek medical help for her suicidal tendencies and to follow legal channels to resolve financial issues. The case is ongoing.
