Cde Pedzai Sakupwanya of ZANU PF has been declared duly elected National Assembly member for Mabvuku Tafara constituency, following the High Court’s nullification of the candidature of recalled CCC candidate, Munyaradzi Kufahakutizwi by the High Court of Zimbabwe.
The development means that there will be no by-election in the constituency this Saturday.
