Winky D and many other celebrities mourn Soul Jah Love. The death of Zimdancehall sensation Soul Jah Love real name Saul Musaka has shocked and gripped many with hurt and mourning. It started as a rumour as many people denied that it had happened but it is the truth the Pamamonya Ipapo singer is no more.
Many artists have since posted condolence messages on their social media platforms. Zim celebrities pay their tribute to late Award-winning and popular Zim Dancehall star. Born on 22 November 1989, Soul Jah Love rose to prominence in 2012 with hit tracks such as “Ndini Uya uya” and “Gum-kum”. He is often likened to the Jamaican Vybz Kartel.
Soul Jah Love is reported to have died at Mbuya Dorcas Hospital in Waterfalls, Harare upon arrival. Winky D who is regarded as one of the living legends who pioneered the genre Zimdancehall showed how hard hit he was by the death of Soul Jah Love. They had a song together titled Magafa.
