In a very unfortunate incident a mother is alleged to have died by suicide while bodies of her two children were also found in the same room.
Amina Mavuka, 31, and her two children aged 10 and 5 were found dead in their rented room in Ivory Park’s Tokyo section near Tembisa, Gauteng on Tuesday night. It appears she had fed her children yoghurt laced with rat poison and then ate the poison herself.Authorities were called to the scene and all three were declared deceased at the scene.
